LANDSCAPE INSTALL FOREMAN - PREMIUM LAWNCARE & MAINTENANCE INC.
Landscape Crew Leader - Lead Projects & High-Performance Team This is a leadership role—not just another crew position. You will be responsible for job quality, efficiency, and team performance .
Who This Is For:
You take ownership and lead by example. You care about efficiency and quality. You want to grow into higher leadership. This is NOT for someone who: Blames others. Avoids responsibility. Accepts average work.
What You'll Do:
Lead crew on landscape install projects. Manage workflow, quality, and efficiency. Communicate with management and team. Ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.
What Winning Looks Like:
Jobs completed on time and on budget. High-quality installs. Crew runs smoothly without constant oversight. Minimal mistakes or rework.
Requirements:
Leadership experience preferred. Strong work ethic and accountability. Able to manage a team and job site.
