Landscape Account Manager

Job Summary Landscape Production Manager Smith Lawn and Tree is a full-service landscape company offering services in lawn maintenance, landscape construction, irrigation and a full service tree department. Smith Lawn and Tree is a company that is continuing to grow out of their home office in Richland Hills Texas and their Satellite office in Carrollton, TX. Smith Lawn and Tree is currently searching for a Production Manager to work out of their Carrollton office.

Production Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage landscape installations (commercial and residential) ranging from$2,500.00-$150,000.00 Work with sales person to understand background on installation Meet with customers to review status of projects and keep them updated on progress Work with crew's onsite and provide hands on training to crew members of best landscape practices. Also ensure that safety protocols are being followed on jobsites. Schedule material deliveries either to jobsite or to our office until materials are needed Assist in locating and procuring material. Also look into new leads on vendors Manage onsite nursery and inventory at office Assist operations manager in scheduling projects and updating them on current schedules of projects Monitor and review costs and labor hours to ensure profitability of jobs meets or exceeds budgeted gross profit Responsibilities and Duties Oversee and manage landscape installations (commercial and residential) ranging from$2,500.00-$150,000.00 Work with sales person to understand background on installation Meet with customers to review status of projects and keep them updated on progress Work with crew's onsite and provide hands on training to crew members of best landscape practices.
