The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on construction or landscaping experience, and can safely operate a truck and trailer. This role is essential to keeping projects on schedule and maintaining high-quality installation standards. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a crew during artificial turf installations Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards Safely operate a company truck and trailer to transport materials and equipment Communicate daily job expectations with crew members Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow safety procedures and company policies Maintain client relations when on residential and commercial jobsites. Requirements Experience as a crew lead, foreman, or similar role (construction or landscaping preferred) Ability to safely operate a truck and trailer Clean driving record (required) Valid driver's license Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience with artificial turf installation Landscaping experience.
