Full-Time Position Summary Texas Pride is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead landscape maintenance and enhancement crews throughout the Dallas area. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily work activities, ensuring quality standards are met, operating equipment safely, and maintaining efficient job site operations. The ideal candidate has previous landscape industry experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage crews while performing physical outdoor work. Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise landscape crews on maintenance and enhancement projects
- Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment and machinery
- Perform landscape installation projects including plant material, mulch, sod, and hardscape elements
- Manage mowing operations and maintenance routes as assigned
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company quality standards
- Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and equipment operation
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials as needed
- Complete daily job site documentation and communicate project updates to management Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Experience pulling trailers required
- Previous experience leading landscape crews preferred
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and other landscape equipment
- Machine operation experience preferred
- Knowledge of landscape installation and hardscape materials preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, and move landscaping materials and equipment What We Offer
