We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned commercial accounts, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities. Job duties will include (but will not be limited to): Full-scope Management of a commercial property portfolio. Planning & Scheduling Field Operations to exceed client expectations. Enhancement Sales on existing properties. Proactively Communicating with Clients. Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers Collaborates with Maintenance Foreman to make sure all plants and materials are available and on budget. Employee Development and training of service personnel to provide exceptional service. Qualifications A landscape professional with a positive and engaging interpersonal style. Two to five years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm. (Preferred, however willing to train the right ambitious individual.) Must have clean driving record and be able to pass background screening. Passion for client service. Strong phone and email skills to communicate with customers, suppliers, and coworkers. Superb communication skills; knowledge of Spanish a plus.
