Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish, maintain and improve our gardens, lawn, trees etc. including pest management. Help implement, maintain, and trial sustainable, organic, and regenerative practices in the gardens, forests and the rest of the grounds. Monitor plant, and soil health to identify potential issues with nutrient imbalances and pest/disease presence. Operate and maintain landscape/gardening equipment. Maintain irrigation systems. Implement dynamic soil health initiatives to build healthy biodiversity, soil organic matter/carbon. Support ranch staff in development of ranch pastures. Assist with facility maintenance and general farm and ranch operations as needed alongside the rest of the team.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping, agriculture, or related field. Physical ability to work 8+ hours outdoors in all weather conditions. Familiarity with irrigation systems and water management. Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of agricultural equipment operation and maintenance. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols. Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

Continued education, or coursework in agronomy, horticulture, or a related agriculture discipline. Experience and/or interest or knowledge with sustainable, organic, and/or regenerative practices.
