Our Foreman will oversee and lead the landscape enhancement team members and projects. Typical services includes, but is not limited to, installing plant material, mulching flower beds, bed maintenance, removing weeds, pruning, and sheering shrubs, and debris removal. Our Foreman must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. This position is fulltime and benefit eligible and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth! General Duties/ Responsibilities Effectively lead, direct, and supervise the work of others. Safely drive company truck, trailer, and operate a variety of landscape equipment. Provide quality customer service on every property daily. Inspect all completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, and contract requirements. Coach, train, lead and encourage team members daily. Communicate project steps and updates accordingly to Enhancement Manager. Any additional responsibilities required by management.
Qualifications:
2 years of landscape/lawn care enhancement experience is required, with at least 1 year of crew supervision Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening Bilingual - English/Spanish is a must! Knowledge plant installation, irrigation, shrubs, etc is required Must be knowledgeable in worksite safety, hazard recognition and use of proper PPE. Must be able to read and follow a work schedule and work orders. Dependable and Punctual attendance is required. Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
