Job Description

Are you an experienced Production Manager looking to join the dynamic team at Monarch? We are searching for a committed individual to manage all aspects of production, from building a strong team to providing training in the bustling city of Houston, TX. Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000
Yearly Responsibilities:
Direct on-site coordination and supervision of crews and equipment, including the management of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors necessary to produce a quality job Direct crews in the implementation of their daily schedules, providing direction and goals to be accomplished, and emphasizing the quality and efficiency of operations Responsible for your crews to deliver outstanding site maintenance and service within budgeted time and materials Provide hands-on training and support of crew personnel in areas such as the proper and safe operation of equipment, pruning techniques, and all aspects of job safety and quality standards Complete all administrative and record-keeping systems required for Contract Maintenance work, including time sheets, weekly schedules, and work order schedules Knowledge and follow-up of the irrigation requirements for the clients to ensure the proper level of irrigation necessary to produce a quality jo,b ensuring that site appearance meets or exceeds client expectations and company standards for quality and safety Your main responsibility is to keep your crews safe, on task, and within the budgeted hours.
Qualifications:
Possession of a valid Texas driver's license is required Exposed to all weather conditions, excessive cold/heat, and humidity, and possible extended work days and weeks Requires walking on uneven and unpaved ground with possible holes, tree roots, and other obstacles (natural and manmade) Operation in areas with automobile traffic, such as esplanades. Must remain alert for traffic conditions while performing duties If you are interested in any certifications or industry licenses or need CUE's, Monarch will help with these expenses.
