What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities As a Manager at Total Nutrition, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily store operations to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment. Leading and motivating team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding service. Managing inventory and ensuring product availability for our customers. Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions. Upholding company standards and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
