In this energetic role, you will coordinate landscaping projects, supervise maintenance crews, and ensure the highest standards of lawn care, tree care, irrigation, gardening, and horticulture are met. Your leadership will drive team performance, foster client satisfaction, and promote sustainable landscape practices. Duties Manage daily operations of landscape maintenance accounts, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications Supervise and motivate maintenance crews, providing guidance on landscaping, lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening, and horticulture tasks Develop and implement maintenance schedules that optimize turf health, plant growth, irrigation efficiency, and overall landscape aesthetics Conduct site inspections to monitor quality standards, identify issues such as pest infestations or irrigation malfunctions, and coordinate timely repairs or enhancements Collaborate with clients to understand their landscape goals and provide expert recommendations for ongoing maintenance or upgrades Oversee safety protocols during construction activities and routine maintenance to ensure a secure working environment Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for accountability and future planning Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related fields such as landscaping or horticulture Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, pruning, fertilization, pest management, and irrigation systems Hands-on experience with landscaping construction projects and tree care practices Familiarity with gardening best practices and sustainable horticultural methods Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple accounts effectively Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members confidently Ability to troubleshoot landscape issues promptly and implement effective solutions Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant environments that inspire beauty and functionality!
