Job Description

Job Summary We have an immediate opening for a dependable and motivated Landscape Foreman to join our established residential landscape and maintenance company. We are seeking an individual with a positive, "can-do" attitude who is self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a successful and expanding organization. The Landscape Foreman will be responsible for organizing and leading crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape installation and maintenance crews Organize, schedule, and oversee daily crew assignments Bid and schedule projects Ensure projects are completed on time and within company standards Communicate effectively with crew members, management, and clients Conduct site visits and meet with clients as needed Purchase and deliver materials Monitor equipment, materials, and job site conditions Empty dump trailer once a week Send delay notices to clients at the end of the day Qualifications Valid Texas driver's license required Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor environments; demonstrated leadership skills essential Willingness to learn and participate in company-provided training Ability to drive 14- 20 Ft trailers Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks as needed.
