Job Description
Northernfield is looking for an experienced Landscape Supervisor/Foreman to join our growing team. We're not looking for someone who needs constant direction, we need a leader who can take a set of plans, organize a crew, solve problems, and get the job done right.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience managing landscape installation and maintenance crews ✔ Ability to read landscape plans and execute projects efficiently ✔ Strong problem-solving skills with minimal oversight ✔ Experience operating landscape equipment and machinery ✔ Valid driver's license required ✔ Ability to lead and motivate a multi-person crew ✔ Willingness to perform a variety of tasks throughout the yearYear-Round Responsibilities Include:
- Landscape installation
- Lawn mowing and property care
- Weed removal and spraying
- Snow removal operations
- Equipment operation and jobsite management Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):
- Pest Control Applicator License
- Trailer towing and backing experience
