Landscape Installation/Maintenance Management Position Available Eagle Creek Landscapes Inc. is currently accepting applications for a Landscape Installation/Maintenance Management Position . This position is available immediately, with pay based on experience and qualifications. We are looking for a dependable, experienced individual who can help oversee landscape installation operations for multiple crews, communicate with crews and clients, and ensure work is completed professionally and efficiently. This person must also have the ability and willingness to step in and work alongside the team when needed, including sprinkler adjustments, irrigation repairs, installation tasks, supply pick-up, daily jobsite responsibilities, and overall crew support.

Position Requirements Required:

Valid driver's license Clean driving record Previous landscape installation experience Previous lawn maintenance experience Previous irrigation repair experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Ability to manage crews and daily installation tasks Ability to pull trailers and equipment to job sites as needed Strong communication and organization skills Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability and willingness to work alongside crews when needed

Preferred:

Experience with operating landscape equipment (Skid Steer, Mini Ex...) Applicator's License - must be willing to obtain Knowledge of fertilizers, weed control, irrigation systems, and general landscape maintenance practices Experience with scheduling, quality control, and client communication Knowledge of irrigation systems, sprinkler adjustments, planting, grading, landscape materials, and general landscape installation practices Position Details This is a landscape installation/maintenance management role and may include overseeing installation crews, irrigation repairs, sprinkler adjustments, crew direction, jobsite quality control, customer communication, general landscape installation responsibilities, and stepping in to work alongside the team when needed. Position available now. Compensation depends on experience.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
