Driver's License Full Job Description Detail Overview of Responsibilities:
Guide and lay out landscape designs including plant material, irrigation and hardscapes Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and materials at each job site Communicate plans and progress to the division Manager Train and instruct Foreman on ways to improve quality of work Operate equipment on the job as needed Depict blueprints and scopes of work Provide professional customer service to clients on site or through email Complete daily paperwork Help mitigate employee conflicts Coordinate safety meetings according to OSHA standards Help prepare weekly scopes of work for all crews Seasonal on-call snow removal as needed
Desired Skill Set:
5+ years of experience in Landscape Construction Supervision experience preferred Great communication skills both verbally and in writing Demonstrates ability to lead and follow instructions Advanced computer skills and database knowledge Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Capable of passing a pre-employment drug screening
Work Conditions:
Ability to work with power tools, heavy machinery, plant and hardscape materials Capable of lifting 50lb repetitively throughout the day Ability to work in a fast paced environment Able to work for 8+ hours 5 days a week Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions Flexible working hours including occasional weekends Able to perform snow removal services during winter months
