Landscaper/Foreman

We are seeking experienced landscape workers with valid driver's licenses, landscape installation, spraying, and/or Bobcat operation experience to join our team. Landscapes has been giving customers the services that they wanted. Pepper & Co. Landscapes has a belief that the customer is right and we will do whatever they request us to do. Our services range from mowing to complete renovations, and anything in between. Description We are looking for dedicated and experienced Foremen and landscape workers to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in landscape installation, spraying, with Bobcat operation as a plus. We seek individuals who are already equipped with the necessary skills and qualifications, as we are not offering training from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:

Protentional to lead and supervise landscape installation projects as a Foreman. Operate Bobcat machinery to assist in the preparation and execution of landscape projects (for applicable roles). Perform landscape installation tasks such as planting, grading, and hardscaping. Apply spraying techniques for pest and weed control (for applicable roles). Ensure all safety procedures and company standards are followed on-site. Communicate effectively with the team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Proven experience in landscape installation, including hardscaping and planting. Valid driver's license. Previous experience as a Foreman or in a leadership role (for Foreman positions). Experience with spraying for pest and weed control (preferred). Experience operating Bobcat machinery (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
