Landscape/Hardscape Foreman

Job Overview We are a small but growing company seeking an experienced member to fill the position of a landscape and hardscape foreman. The position will require a member to lead and oversee the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of landscape and hardscape projects. Occasionally, members in this postition may be required to provide lawn care services as well. Members will initially be supervised to gather a comprehensive assesment of their skill base and knowledge before stepping into the foreman position. Duties Supervise and coordinate the installation of hardscape features including patios, retaining walls, pavers, and walkways with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Lead a a small team, providing clear instructions and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. Oversee site preparation activities such as grading, excavation, and soil stabilization to ensure proper foundation for hardscape elements. Maintain high standards of safety by enforcing safety procedures during all phases of construction and maintenance activities. Conduct quality inspections throughout projects to ensure durability, aesthetic appeal, and compliance with industry standards. Manage equipment operation and maintenance related to this field. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping construction, or hardscape installation. Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, and general landscape maintenance. A valid US drivers licence and clean driving record. Must be trustworthy, motivated, and reliable.

Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
