• We have a standard base pay $21/hr+ 33% labor revenue Bonuses each weekly paycheck.

Plus Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses. The right people make $30/hr. Paid Gym memberships. Good Reviews bonuses of $50 cash. Upsell Bonuses. Training pay upgrade. It's guaranteed you will make more here than any other lawn care company. But you must be effective and efficient. Full-Time We're looking for a hands-on Crew Leader to guide our team to success.
