Lawn Care Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lawn Care Supervisor to lead our landscaping and maintenance teams in delivering exceptional outdoor environments. In this role, you will oversee daily operations related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, tree care, irrigation, and gardening projects. Your leadership will ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate lawn care, landscaping, and horticultural activities across multiple sites to ensure quality standards are met. Lead team members in performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and fertilizing. Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to promote healthy plant growth and water efficiency. Manage tree care operations including pruning, removal, and health assessments to maintain safety and aesthetics. Ensure adherence to safety protocols while operating construction equipment and performing maintenance tasks. Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in gardening, landscaping, and horticulture techniques. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and communicate updates effectively to clients and management. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor service fields with a focus on lawn care and horticulture. Demonstrated supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Strong knowledge of gardening practices, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape maintenance. Ability to operate or oversee the operation of landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Knowledge of safety regulations related to outdoor work sites. Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
