Job Description
BraveView has been hired to find an experienced Account Manager with a reputable Commercial Landscape company that is winning business within the Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern VA markets. Their client retention rates are north of 95% and their employee retention rate is extremely high. This Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial properties and will be responsible for quality control, enhancement sales, contract renewals, and driving the overall success of a client's property. This is a client focused position, but this person will need to manage the relationship, quality control and be able to sell enhancements to unlock a property's potential. They are looking for 60% penetration with enhancement sales and this person will fully manage that sales cycle.
Job Duties:
Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers. Produce and maintain a schedule to perform "site walkthroughs" during formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met. Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns. Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers. Ability to coordinate designs for flowers and beds Ensure the renewal of each current account within the customer portfolio. Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services. Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers. Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed. Communicate regularly with the Production Managers to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Manage service delivery to specified scope of work. Ensure branch financial goals met by maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary services. Coordinate consistent and timely site visits. Participate in branch meetings and assist Branch Manager with the leadership of branch. Other tasks and duties as assigned by Branch Manager. Ability to hire, coach, and develop teams.
