$80,000-$150,000+ annually Help Build Beautiful Properties That Customers Love Washington Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to help homeowners, HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial property owners keep their landscapes looking their best year-round. This isn't just another lawn care sales job. We're looking for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities to improve properties, and helping clients protect their investment. If you enjoy walking properties, solving problems, and creating long-term customers instead of one-time transactions, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Sell You'll work with residential and commercial customers on services including: Recurring Landscape Maintenance Weekly Lawn Maintenance Bi-Weekly Maintenance Monthly Property Care HOA Landscape Maintenance Commercial Landscape Maintenance Apartment Community Maintenance Landscape Enhancements Bark & Mulch Installation Decorative Rock Seasonal Cleanups Shrub Pruning Hedge Trimming Ornamental Tree Pruning Weed Control Fertilization Programs Moss Treatment Lawn Renovations Sod Installation Plant Installation Irrigation Repairs Drainage Improvements Landscape Lighting Seasonal Flowers Property Refreshes You'll also identify opportunities for larger projects and coordinate with our landscape design and construction consultants when appropriate. What You'll Do Your day will include: Meeting homeowners and commercial property managers. Walking and evaluating properties. Identifying maintenance needs. Recommending enhancements that improve appearance and property value. Preparing professional estimates. Following up with customers. Closing recurring maintenance agreements. Building long-term relationships. Coordinating with production teams. Visiting existing maintenance customers throughout the year. Looking for opportunities to provide additional services. Success in this position comes from providing outstanding customer service—not high-pressure sales. What Makes Someone Successful The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys meeting people. Qualifications We're looking for experience in one or more of the following: Landscape Maintenance Lawn Care Commercial Landscape Maintenance HOA Management Landscape Construction Irrigation Landscape Sales Property Management Customer Service Account Management You should also have: Excellent communication skills. Professional appearance. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Experience using tablets, smartphones, and CRM software. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation.
