DOE Bonus:

$1,000 end-of-year retention bonus

1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead commercial and HOA landscape maintenance crews. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality work, crew management, and maintaining high-end properties. Responsibilities Lead and manage landscape maintenance crews on commercial and HOA properties Oversee mowing, edging, pruning, weed control, and seasonal cleanup Ensure properties are maintained to high quality standards Train and supervise crew members Communicate with management regarding property needs and scheduling Safely operate landscaping equipment and tools Apply herbicides and fertilizers properly and responsibly Maintain efficiency, safety, and professionalism on job sites Requirements Minimum 5 years of commercial or HOA landscape maintenance experience Experience leading and managing crews Knowledge of herbicide and fertilizer applications Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required Ability to identify common landscape maintenance issues and solutions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits $28-$35/hour depending on experience $1,000 retention bonus paid at the end of the year 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment Stable, year-round work Opportunity for advancement Apply Today If you have strong leadership skills and experience maintaining commercial and HOA properties, we'd like to hear from you.
