Job Description

  • Do NOT apply if you do NOT own a RV or Mobile Home or a tiny home
  • RV park in Port Angeles, WA Lake looking for a manager.
We are a RV Park located in Port Angeles, WA. We are looking for a husband/wife team who can live onsite at the property and assist with management. Management would entail approximately 10-15 hours a week. Couples and families are encouraged. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
This person should be:

  • Good knowledge of maintenance and repairs

  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Willingness to help
  • Effective communicator
  • Remodel/Construction experience is a plus Job description:
  • Customer service
  • Checking in new renters / Checking out renters
  • Maintain property (clean up, mow, landscape, minor repairs, etc.)
  • Enforce park rules & regulations
  • Marketing and advertising
  • Able to use PC and surf the web
  • Must have internet, smartphone & a pc or a laptop

Compensation:
Free lot rent + Utility (approx. $700.00/mon). No other compensation will be offered. This is a flexible position. If you are interested in applying, please submit your resume. We are looking for a long term resident manager.
