Construction Lead

Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee residential landscape construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on leading a crew, maintaining quality standards, and keeping projects moving efficiently. You will be responsible for executing work on-site, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. This role is for someone who takes ownership and delivers results in the field. Duties Lead and supervise day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans and quality standards Execute landscape construction work including grading, drainage, planting, irrigation, hardscape, and basic carpentry Install pavers, pathways, fences, and other outdoor features according to design specifications Read and interpret plans and ensure builds match design intent Coordinate crew tasks, assign work, and monitor progress throughout the day Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and safety at all times Identify issues early and resolve them efficiently in the field Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding progress, challenges, and job status Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in landscape construction Experience leading or guiding a crew on active job sites Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field execution Ability to read and follow construction plans and layouts Experience with irrigation installation and basic troubleshooting Experience with pavers, pathways, fences, and basic carpentry Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently Spanish or English required, bilingual preferred

Pay:

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
