The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, manages crews effectively, and ensures every project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. What you'll do: Lead and supervise landscape construction crews on job sites from start to finish Install and oversee retaining walls, paver pathways, french drains, fences, and other hardscape features Perform and direct power washing services on various surfaces Coordinate daily work assignments and manage crew productivity Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to management Maintain a safe job site and enforce all safety protocols and procedures Operate and oversee the proper use of tools, equipment, and machinery Manage materials and supplies to minimize waste and stay within project scope Train and mentor crew members on best practices and techniques What we're looking for: 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or a related field Proven experience with hardscape installation (retaining walls, pavers, drainage systems, fencing) Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred Ability to read and follow project plans and specifications Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license; ability to operate dump trucks Excellent communication and team leadership skills Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and labor-intensive tasks

Pay:

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
