  • $45 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Professional networking Outdoor work Team management Attention to detail Boom lift Full Job Description Fleming's Holiday Lighting is an industry leader in the world of public space lighting with an emphasis on seasonal lighting contracts around the holidays.
We are looking to add to our team of highly qualified individuals immediately. We are the company responsible for lighting up street trees for snowflake Lane, the Seattle Seahawks stadium, Amazon properties, city parks, and downtown spaces in Bellevue, Seattle, Renton, Burien, Kenmore, and other locations.
Requirements:
(top end of pay scale must have the following skills / qualities)
  • Must have personal transportation.
  • High competency with little giant 'A' frame and extension ladders.
  • High competency with articulating and straight boom lifts.
  • Meets the minimum height requirement of 5'7" to safely operate our ladders.
  • Enjoys manual labor and working outside.
Experience:
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
We pay above average for this kind of work to make sure that we can find a great team member to train to become a supervisor. Supervisors will start out at $25-30 an hour! When the supervisor has proven themselves, the goal will be to advance them up to $40-45 an hour by the end of the season. We also have bonuses with minimum commitment of a season.
