American Sprinkler is professional, fast-paced, and customer-centric company, we work 4- 10 hour days Monday through Thursday. We are looking for an experienced irrigation/landscape lead foremen who has the knowledge and ability to confidently complete all levels of landscape and irrigation installs including hardscaping and softscaping, as well as the ability to manage a crew and ensure timely completion of each project. This position works under the project manager. Someone who is well organized and can follow a schedule, has excellent communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to successfully work independently.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a crew on projects Knowledge to complete projects independently, residential/commercial irrigation installs, pavers, retaining walls(boulder and block), planting, layout, etc. Attention to detail, and highly organized Communicate with customers about their projects Keep detailed and precise notes for each project, including all time and materials Must have a valid drivers license Must be able to drive a truck with a trailer Must have a clean driving record
