Landscaping Foreman

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead our landscaping team in delivering exceptional outdoor environments. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of landscaping crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system management. Lead landscaping construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety protocols. Manage tree care operations such as trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote healthy growth. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Provide guidance on horticultural practices, gardening techniques, and landscape design implementation. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper operation and scheduling regular maintenance. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide professional recommendations. Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills, safety awareness, and team cohesion. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance management, landscaping construction, or related fields with supervisory responsibilities. •3 years experience within Landscape Mainetenance Management •Strong knowledge of horticulture, lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, and tree care practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively. Familiarity with landscape equipment maintenance and safe operation procedures. Knowledge of environmental regulations related to landscaping activities. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
