Assistant Foreman/ Landscape Foreman in Training

About the Role Stockwell Custom Landscaping is looking for a motivated Assistant Foreman to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced landscaper who is ready to take the next step toward leadership. We provide hands-on, on-the-job training to the right candidate with the goal of developing them into a Foreman role over time. Key Responsibilities Assist the Foreman in leading and coordinating daily job site operations Perform high-quality landscape and hardscape installations Support crew productivity, organization, and job site efficiency Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and to company standards Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Step into leadership responsibilities when needed Required Experience & Skills Candidates must have hands-on experience in landscape construction and installation, including but not limited to: Retaining wall installation Water feature creation & installation ( asset but not required) Irrigation systems Plant selection and placement Sod installation Hardscapes (pavers, patios, walkways, etc.) Landscape lighting Landscape demolition Operation of heavy equipment General landscape construction knowledge •

We are not a Maintenance Landscaping Company. We specialize in Landscaping Design, Installation and Remodeling only and do not perform any maintenance services. Your experience in Landscaping installation and remodeling is a must.
