Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Technician / Landscape Project Supervisor and take charge of creating and maintaining stunning outdoor environments! In this energetic role, you will participate in landscape projects, work with team members, and ensure every detail meets high standards of quality and beauty. Our expertise in landscaping, lawn care, tree care, irrigation, and horticulture will help drive your success of our outdoor spaces. Duties Oversee daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and general landscape tasks Lead and supervise or work in a small team of landscape workers to ensure efficient execution of projects assined by your manager Help coordinate and participate in landscaping and construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring safety and quality standards are met Perform specialized tasks such as tree care, irrigation system installation and maintenance, and lawn care to enhance landscape health and aesthetics Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs or potential issues Assist with horticultural practices to promote healthy plant growth and vibrant garden beds Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure operational readiness for all landscaping activities Snow removal services of all properties during the winter months. Use and operate snow removal equipment from a shovel to a dozer and skidsteer. Plowing snow using a company provided truck. Basic equipment repair of snow and summer equipment. Skills (Encouraged but not necessary) Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care and snow removal Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects and landscape installation Some understanding of horticulture principles and plant health management Leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Excellent maintenance skills for equipment upkeep and troubleshooting technical issues This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your leadership capabilities. Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
