NOW HIRING AN IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY!
Starting Pay:
$26.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience Andy's Sprinklers & Drainage is seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician Supervisor to lead our irrigation team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the irrigation department, supervising technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Our ideal candidate is a motivated leader with extensive irrigation knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for developing employees while helping grow our irrigation division. Minimum of 5 years of professional irrigation experience required. Previous supervisory or crew lead experience strongly preferred. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of irrigation technicians. Schedule and coordinate daily installations, repairs, maintenance, and service calls. Perform and oversee irrigation system installations, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot complex irrigation issues involving controllers, valves, wiring, leaks, pumps, drip irrigation, and system coverage. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure jobs meet company standards. Train and develop technicians on irrigation best practices, safety procedures, customer service, and company expectations. Monitor technician productivity and ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. Communicate with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and project updates while delivering exceptional customer service. Assist with estimating jobs, ordering materials, and managing inventory. Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained. Assist with drainage and landscaping projects as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site on every project. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance experience required. Previous experience leading crews or supervising technicians preferred. Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, valves, pumps, drip irrigation, and system troubleshooting. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to coach, train, and develop team members. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on field work when needed. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
