As a Landscape Foreman, you will oversee project crews, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-standard installation of outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscaping and hardscaping crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards. Oversee job performance and quality, ensuring all work meets industry and company expectations. Communicate project plans, goals, and progress with crew members and clients. Enforce safety and maintenance procedures on all job sites. Accurately track and record crew hours and project expenses. Prepare job sites and manage projects from start to finish. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Complete all required project documentation in a timely manner. Interact professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams. Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with hardscape and landscape installations. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate standard landscaping equipment, including skid steers, excavators, and wheel loaders. Valid driver's license. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Consistent and dependable attendance record.
