Landscape Maintenance Foreman

American Landscape is seeking a dedicated and motivated Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will lead a team of technicians or be a one-man crew, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead and direct landscape maintenance crews on commercial and residential properties Ensure all work is performed to company standards and client expectations Perform mowing, weeding, pruning, and general property maintenance tasks Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients and team members Keep vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance needs to supervisors Accurately clock in and out daily and adhere to scheduled start times Participate in snow operations during the winter season as needed Qualifications At least 1 year of professional experience in landscape maintenance, including mowing Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Pesticide Applicators License (preferred, but not required) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eligible to work in the United States of America Ability to pass a background check Compensation Ranging from $20.00 $27.00 per hour , high rate available for candidates with extensive experience and qualifications.
