  • Full-time Earthscape is a custom landscape business in Neenah.
I have built Earthscape from the ground up since I was 15. I like to keep my business small and efficient. Looking to add a foreman to our team that will run the landscape crew. Some landscape companies in the valley have several crews and you are treated as just another number. At Earthscape there are only a hand full of guys that work here. Being a smaller business I can develop real relationships with my employees and customers. This helps me with repeat business from customers and employees that come back year after year. 2025 was a crazy busy year and 2026 looks even busier.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD.
If you are currently working at another landscape company, shoot me an email with what you do and what you are looking for. The key to building a successful business is hiring the right employees. I value employees and pay more than any other landscape business around. Another thing that I wanted to note is I need someone who's reliable and I can count on. Meaning I need you here everyday Monday
