Crew Leaders & Crew Members - Landscape Restoration (Full-Time) Country Services LLC Country Services is a growing, family-owned company seeking positive and dependable Crew Leaders and Crew Members to join our restoration teams. Our crews generally work in small, two-person teams and take pride in delivering high-quality work on outdoor restoration projects. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistency, and being part of a reliable, well-structured team.

Position Overview:

Work in a 2-person crew (Crew Leader + Crew Member) Perform restoration and outdoor labor on active job sites Crews operate independently and are trusted to manage their daily workload Full-time, consistent work available

Responsibilities:

Complete restoration tasks safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized job site Operate and care for tools and equipment Work closely with your assigned crew partner Crew Leaders will also: Coordinate directly with contractor project managers on job sites Oversee daily workflow and ensure quality standards are met Communicate job progress with management

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Team-oriented mindset Leadership experience preferred for Crew Leader roles Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule & Travel:

Typical schedule: Monday-Friday Work is project-based and may require travel within Wisconsin and surrounding states Per diem provided when travel is required Home on weekends
