Full time position for Landscape Foreman

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated landscape foreman. This position is ideal for individuals looking to work outdoors Monday through Friday leading a landscaping crew. As a landscaping foreman you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our business operates smoothly during peak seasons. The right candidate with the right potential could become a vital part of our operations with room to grow in our company! Duties Lead and assist in prepping landscape areas for lawn installation, hardscaping patios, retaining walls, fire pits, planting, etc. Additional work as assigned. Maintain a clean and organized area of work and the associated equipment. Valid driver's license with NO restrictions. Must have clean driving record to operate vehicles and equipment. (CDL is a plus!) Engage with customers politely as needed to understand their needs. Previous experience in landscaping environment is required. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Completing jobs is a must! Perform physical work which includes lifting 50 lbs minimum, walk on unlevel surfaces, work in all weather conditions, and hours may vary and change due to weather conditions. Reporting daily and on-time work attendance is required to maintain this position. Previous experience in driving a work truck pulling a trailer with equipment is a must. Leading other team members is essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
