Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Hardscaping Foreman to lead a crew in the installation of high-quality hardscape projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trade inside and out and can ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew on hardscape installation projects Install paver patios, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor fireplaces Read and execute project plans and layouts Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including masonry saws Cut and shape pavers, bricks, and stone with precision Ensure proper base prep, grading, drainage, and compaction Maintain job site safety and cleanliness Communicate with team members and management on project progress Train and mentor crew members as needed

Qualifications Required:

Proven experience in hardscape installation Strong knowledge of paver systems, wall systems, and outdoor living features Experience cutting brick/pavers with a saw Ability to read layouts and execute designs accurately Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions Valid driver's license (preferred) What We Offer Competitive pay up to $35/hour depending on experience Steady, full-time work Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Work on high-quality, custom outdoor projects A Day in the Life You'll start your day reviewing the project plan with your crew, organizing materials, and setting expectations for the day.
