Overview Join our dynamic landscaping and grounds maintenance teamand play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure healthy, manicured lawns. Conduct landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control to promote plant health. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment like excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and water conservation. Execute tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal with proper techniques to ensure safety and health of trees. Assist with hardscape projects such as patio installation, walkway construction, and retaining wall setup. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and hand tools. Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or horticulture preferred. Familiarity with construction practices related to hardscape installation and site preparation. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; comfortable working with power tools and equipment like excavators. Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning; certification in arboriculture is a plus. Basic understanding of irrigation systems and gardening principles essential for maintaining healthy landscapes. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards in landscaping projects.
