Job Description

Flurry Pinestraw and Lawn Care is looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our growing team. We specialize in pine straw delivery and installation throughout the Lake Martin, Alexander City, and Auburn area and take pride in providing excellent service while maintaining a positive work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, taking ownership of their work, and helping a growing local business succeed.
Schedule:
Part-time Flexible hours based on availability Monday-Sunday as needed Additional hours available during busy periods
Responsibilities:
Load and unload pine straw bales and equipment Deliver materials to customer locations Install pine straw according to company standards Operate leaf blowers and other landscaping equipment Meet with customers professionally and courteously Scout properties and assist with project estimates Operate company vehicles and equipment responsibly
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to repeatedly lift and move materials weighing over 35 pounds Willingness to learn and improve Strong communication and customer service skills Leadership potential and ability to work independently
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Ability to safely operate company vehicles Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
Preferred Qualifications:
