Job Description
Job Summary Fiber Optic Cable Construction Lineman and/or Groundsman needed. MUST have valid driver's license. Pay is based on experience and is a set amount a day—not an hour. Experience is a plus, but it is NOT necessary. Willing to train the right person(s). Qualifications Must have valid driver's license. Experience is a plus, but it is NOT required. Due to work involved, candidates must be in good physical shape with the ability to climb, pull cable/lasher, operate a bucket truck, and perform manual labor for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team is required. Must be willing to show up and work Monday through Saturday when necessary. This position requires candidates to have ambition, the desire to learn, and the willingness to commit to the trade.
