Supervisors must have a clean drivers license Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to maintain healthy turf. Conduct landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and installing hardscape features. Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment like excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently. Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks, adjusting controllers, and ensuring proper water distribution. Assist with gardening activities including planting flowers, mulching beds, and weed control to promote vibrant landscapes. Support seasonal tasks such as snow plowing during winter months or seasonal cleanups to keep properties pristine year-round. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools; perform basic maintenance to ensure optimal operation. Qualifications Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping machinery and hand tools. Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or horticulture preferred. Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor conditions. Strong understanding of irrigation systems, gardening practices, and hardscape installation is a plus. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in different weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials when needed. supervisor must have clean drivers license.
