Apply Now Back Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas. Plant, water, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation. Remove weeds, debris, leaves, and litter from property grounds. Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, weed eaters, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other hand and power tools. Apply mulch, fertilizer, and other landscaping materials as directed. Assist with irrigation system inspections, repairs, and adjustments. Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and common areas to ensure a clean and professional appearance. Perform seasonal grounds maintenance tasks. Report safety hazards, equipment issues, and property maintenance concerns. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain equipment in good working condition. Assist with general property maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred. Ability to safely operate landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment. Basic knowledge of plants, shrubs, and lawn care practices preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, humidity, and other weather conditions. Frequent walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
