Here at Big Time Lawn & Home we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic maintenance crew member to join our team. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Crew Member, working out of Pelham, AL. The Maintenance Crew Member will be responsible for performing a variety of lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and yard cleanup. Additional responsibilities include operating and maintaining maintenance equipment, ensuring job site safety, and assisting with other general lawn and property maintenance duties as needed. Qualifications Experience with mowing, trimming, and other basic lawn maintenance tasks preferred Ability to operate and maintain maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers and trimmers Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate to heavy loads Understanding of workplace and job site safety practices Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Previous landscaping or maintenance experience is preferred but not required Driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities Equipment Operation:

Zero turn mower, edger, blower, and miscellaneous hand tools

Tasks:

Mowing at the proper height; Edging paths, walkways, driveways, and sidewalks; Weed eating garden beds; Trimming hedges and pruning trees; Bagging and disposal of leaves, trimmings, debris, and other materials; Blowing off clippings and debris Equipment maintenance Occasional communication with customers What we offer Optional health insurance, dental, and vision 10 days starting PTO 10 paid holidays Pay range: $16 - $26 depending on experience Upward mobility for those who are committed to growing with us: pay raises, promotions up to foreman and project managers On-Site training for 1-2 weeks depending on experience Join us as a Maintenance Crew Member if you're eager to grow in a team that changes lawns and lives for the better!
