Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to ensure healthy, lush turf. Maintain landscape features through pruning, tree trimming, and shrub shaping to promote growth and aesthetic appeal. Operate hand tools and power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and saws safely and efficiently. Execute landscape maintenance activities including planting, mulching, and soil preparation to support plant health. Provide irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas. Experience Experience not absolutely required. Mechanical knowledge of gardening tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators. Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including pruning, tree care, hardscape installation, and irrigation systems. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols. Experience with snow plowing or winter weather maintenance is a plus.
