Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and prevent water waste. Conduct regular inspections of the course grounds to identify areas needing repair or improvement. Assist with the installation and upkeep of course features like bunkers, greens, fairways, and pathways. Support seasonal gardening activities by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while adhering to horticultural best practices. Perform general maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety. Requirements Prior experience with landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is valued. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely while following all safety protocols. Knowledge of irrigation systems, landscaping techniques, and horticulture principles is a plus. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining course quality standards. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors accurately.
