Landscape Laborer

Overview Crenshaw Lawn and Landscape LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscaping Laborer to join our team. We specialize in dirt work, sod installation, and landscaping for primarily new construction homes. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn and grow within the company. Duties Perform general landscaping and labor tasks on job sites Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks including digging, planting, and installing landscape features Support installation of hardscape elements Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of landscape Assist with dirt work, grading, and sod installation Perform physical tasks including frequent shovel work Maintain equipment such as excavators/skid steers and other machinery through routine inspections and basic repairs Follow directions from crew leaders and work as part of a team Transportation to and from job sites Skills Familiarity with landscaping concepts Ability to use hand tools (shovels, rakes) safely and efficiently in various outdoor tasks Experience operating machinery like excavators/skid steers or similar construction equipment is a plus but not required (willingness to learn is) Basic knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting, digging, standing for long periods) Willingness to learn new skills and take on different tasks Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to take direction and handle constructive criticism professionally Team-oriented attitude This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping while contributing to visually stunning outdoor environments.
