Our championship course is maintained to the highest standards, and we are seeking motivated, dependable team members who take pride in their work to help keep the course in premier conditions for our membership throughout the season. Position Overview Golf course maintenance team members play a key role in daily golf course operations and preparation of the golf course. Team members help in ensuring excellent playing conditions for members and guests. Work Schedule

• Early morning shifts (typically start around 5:30-6:00 AM)
• Weekends and some holidays will be required
• Shift duration can range from 8-10 hours depending on demand of labor Compensation & Benefits
• Pay range: $14/hour
• Opportunity to gain experience in turfgrass management
• Work on one of the premier golf courses in Northwest Arkansas
• Uniforms and equipment provided

• Opportunity for returning seasonal employment or full-time advancement Typical Job Duties
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other turf maintenance equipment
• Raking bunkers and maintaining sand traps
• Assist with course setup and general landscape maintenance
• Assist with irrigation, fertilizing, and landscaping projects
• Perform general grounds cleanliness and upkeep
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment care guidelines
• Other tasks as assigned by the superintendent or management staff Qualifications
• Dependable and able to arrive on time for early morning shifts
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Golf course maintenance experience is a plus, but not required Closing We're looking for individuals who show up early, work hard, and take pride in seeing the course look better because of the work they did throughout the day.
