Our landscape install crews run the full range of equipment to get demanding jobs done right. We're looking for people who want to help shape the company from the ground up. About the Role We're hiring a Landscaping Lead to take point on the heavy, hands-on work that goes beyond mowing. This is the right role for someone who can run equipment, lead a crew, and take pride in shaping outdoor spaces, from grading and sod to planting commercial trees. You'll lead day-to-day site work on residential and commercial installs, and run snow removal operations through the winter months. What You'll Do Lead on-site execution for landscape installs, owning quality and efficiency from start to finish Operate heavy equipment including skid steers for grading, material handling, and site prep Install sod with proper grading, soil contact, and irrigation setup Plant commercial trees, shrubs, perennials, and seasonal color with attention to spacing and plant health Build and maintain flower beds, including edging, soil prep, and mulching Run snow and ice removal operations during winter Support basic irrigation installs and adjustments Coordinate materials and keep the team updated on progress What We're Looking For Proven experience in landscape installs, grading, planting, and sod work Hands-on experience operating skid steers and other heavy equipment Comfort leading a crew or working independently on-site Snow removal experience, or the willingness to take it on Knowledge of local plant types and landscape best practices Irrigation experience, or the willingness to learn it Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship Ability to lift materials, work outdoors, and adapt to changing weather Why SparkLawn A fast-growing company with real ownership of meaningful landscape projects Room to grow as we expand services Competitive pay with leadership opportunities for the right person A company that values craftsmanship, efficiency, and doing the work the right way How to Apply Email your resume, a short cover letter on why SparkLawn is a fit for you, and any portfolio pieces to careers@sparklawnnwa.com .
