We do quality work, keep a steady schedule, and treat our crew like part of the team. We're looking for a dependable, do-a-bit-of-everything person who wants consistent, reliable work and likes the variety that comes with a small company — no two days look exactly the same. What You'll Do This is a hands-on, wear-many-hats role. You'll work hardscape installs, handle landscape maintenance, and pitch in around the yard like a ranch hand — willing to jump on anything. On any given week that can mean: Hardscape installs — pavers, artificial turf, and drainage solutions Running power equipment — chainsaws, blowers, trimmers, edgers Pruning, trimming, and basic plant-health care (knowing how and when to cut) Working at the yard: organizing materials, maintaining tools, loading trucks, general upkeep Keeping job sites and the yard clean and squared away What We're Looking For Comfortable working outdoors in the Arizona sun Experience with landscaping power tools and chainsaws Hardscape experience (pavers, turf, drainage) a strong plus Basic plant knowledge — pruning, cutting, and general plant health Reliable transportation to our yard each morning Able and willing to do a little of everything and switch tasks without missing a beat Thrives in a changing, fast-moving environment Valid driver's license a plus Fluent English required; ability to understand Spanish a plus Why Work With Us Steady Monday-Friday work — no guessing about hours Room to grow your hardscape and install skills Small crew where your work is noticed and valued Drug-free workplace How to Apply — Read Carefully We get a lot of replies, so we only respond to people who follow these steps.
