Job Overview We are seeking a professional, motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Irrigation Technician to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure optimal landscape health and water efficiency. Your expertise will help clients achieve beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces while adhering to integrity, safety and quality standards. Techs are incentivized with a 12.5% monthly bonus program based on metrics for professionalism, safety, attendance, production, and efficiency. This bonus is in addition to the hourly pay rate. Duties Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and professionally repair irrigation systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Perform routine maintenance on irrigation components to prevent system failures and optimize performance.. Use mechanical knowledge to identify issues with irrigation and other landscape systems and implement effective solutions. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system modifications for each project. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards for quality and efficiency. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot irrigation systems and landscape equipment. 2+ years experience with irrigation installation, maintenance, and repair techniques. Knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and general landscaping principles. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and wire toning equipment. Familiarity with horticulture practices to support healthy plant growth. Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
