Landscaper

Overview We are looking for dedicated landscapers to join our team to work on our landscape maintenance crews. We are also looking for 1 new crew member for one of our landscape construction crews. This position is an entry level crew member position and a great opportunity to learn the trade and show what you can do. This is a very physical position and you must be able to work outside in the summer heat. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning and edging Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, digging, aerating, and other landscaping activities. Conduct ground level tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote safety and aesthetic appeal. Implement hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision. Perform routine landscape maintenance including fertilizing, mulching and weed control. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, hand tools, and machinery is a plus. Experience in lawn care practices including mowing, edging, aeration and fertilization. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members.

Pay:

$15.50 - $18.00 per hour
